Design and responsible implementation of the research project: "Control of the innovative propulsion system: Vortifer"
Relevant research questions on the topic of intelligent control for underactuated mechanical systems
Building a 6DOF flight mechanics system simulation including validation, verification and robustification of the overall system considering all relevant nonlinearities
Designing a proper servo mechanism to perturbe COG and sizing effects and performing sensitivity analysis
Writing of scientific publications and participation in national and international conferences
A doctoral project is welcomed and supported
Master's degree or diploma in electrical engineering/aerospace engineering/ mechanical engineering/informatic or comparable field
Proved background, depending on the specific research area above, preferably in the research field of control theory and reinforcement learning
Solid experiences with ROS2/Gazebo
Very good knowledge of German or English (C1), both written and spoken
Strong communication and teamwork skills, high level of initiative/responsibility and good organizational skills
