Main duties & responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and running a professional and business focused HR function for 150 employees in DACH and for the Nordics territory office
• Providing a full HR generalist service; advice, support and execution to the business on recruitment, labour law, HR operations, performance management and all other HR matters
• Develop and improve key local HR processes to support the business
• Payroll liaison for the respective countries together with Finance and in close cooperation with the external payroll providers
• Professional collaboration with the works council
• Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation at all times
• All aspects of managing, motivating and developing a small local HR team.
